Dr. rer. nat. Gregor Heiss

Humanistic Psychotherapist

The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.

you

Whether you feel caught in loops of overthinking or are going through a difficult phase of life, therapy offers space for what is most present for you right now. This may include stress, anxiety, grief, inner restlessness, exhaustion, or questions around identity and relationships.

Together, we explore what lies beneath—and what can help you regain stability, clarity, and direction in everyday life.

me

Dr. Gregor Heiss - Humanistic Psychotherapist in Vienna, Portrait photo

I’m a humanistic psychotherapist. In my work, I combine a clear, structured approach with a warm, empathic therapeutic stance.

My background in physics and economics has sharpened my eye for patterns, decisions, and transitions—especially during periods of high strain and inner ambivalence. In therapy, I support you in making sense of your experience, understanding your emotions more clearly, and finding grounded next steps.

I believe meaningful change is possible—at your pace, and within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.

The Therapy Process

In an initial session, we can discuss your concerns, difficulties, and current situation together. We can clarify whether and how psychotherapy can help you.

I want to give you insight into my approach and inform you about the framework conditions. The initial session should also give you a sense of whether you want to work with me.

Therapy can take place in German or English.
